GENERAL STATEMENT
Cabinscape Cabins are off-grid, solar-powered and ecologically sound tiny cabins on wheels. Cabins are located in private and secluded environments with varying levels of remoteness. All cabins come equipped with backup generators for additional power when solar energy is limited. Guests are responsible for their own safety and are expected to have basic wilderness skills. Guests should feel comfortable operating a generator (if needed). A House Manual is provided in each cabin with detailed instructions on cabin systems. Cabinscape is not liable for bodily injury (including death) or damage to personal property due to exposure to inclement weather or rugged settings. Refunds or credits will not be issued for environmental factors such as bugs, critters, wildlife or inclement weather.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
All gift certificate purchases made on Cabinscape’s online shop are non-refundable. The value of a gift certificate code cannot be retroactively applied to an existing reservation and must be used during the booking process on our website to be applied. If you have questions about how to use your gift certificate, please consult us at bookings@cabinscape.com prior to booking.
USE
Guests agree to use the Property for personal vacation use only. There shall be no camping, tenting or other auxiliary accommodation on the Property without prior written authorization. No person under the age of nineteen (19) years is allowed on the Property unless such person is accompanied by a parent or guardian.
IDENTITY OF GUESTS
The number of persons present (including adults and children) overnight or during the day shall not exceed the maximum number indicated on your booking. PETS
Guests are welcome to bring up to two (2) dogs per booking to our Pet-Friendly cabins. Dogs must be indicated on the original booking and guests will be charged a pet fee of $25/per pup for each night stayed. Bringing a pet on the property without prior authorization and payment is considered a breach of this Agreement and guests may be asked to vacate the Property (without refund) or charged a Pet Fee of $25/per pup per day. Guests must bring extra blankets (or a dog bed) for their dog to sleep on. Dogs are not allowed on our bedding and couch cushions. All litter must be cleaned up immediately and taken home upon departure. Guests are liable for their dog and responsible for their dog’s safety in the woods. Dogs are not permitted to be left unattended inside our cabins at any time. All guests must be aware that dogs may have occupied the cabin previous to their own stay. Cabinscape takes no responsibility for conditions arising from allergies at any cabin. Pets other than dogs are not permitted in the cabins.
CLEANING
Cabins are thoroughly cleaned before each arrival. Guests agree to clean the Cabin prior to their departure, remove their own garbage and recycling and generally leave the Property in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was found.
