To book, browse our website for cabin availability and email your preferred dates and cabin choice to bookings@cabinscape.com. All reservations made with Adventure Packs are manually processed by our Guest Services Team.

Wanting to gift your Adventure Pack? After making your purchase, simply reply to our confirmation email with your request. We’ll send over a customized Gift Card for the lucky recipient within 1-business day.

Adventure Packs offer reduced nightly rates, and cleaning fees are waived for these bookings.

For example:
-A 4-night weekday Adventure Pack is just $175/night, totaling $350 (+HST) for two nights.
-Compare that to a standard summer weekday 2-night stay at our Baylight cabin: $522 (+HST). That’s a 32% savings!

Adventure Packs include credits that can be applied to any of our cabins across Ontario for available dates.

Additional fees, such as pet fees, extra guests (above 2), firewood, add-on kits, or extra nights, are charged separately.

If your reservation exceeds the value of your credits, the credits will be applied to the lowest-priced nights, and you’ll pay the difference. For example: If you have a Weeknight Adventure Pack and want to include a weekend to your stay (i.e. Friday, Saturday or Sunday night), you’ll be required to pay the difference between our weeknight rate and our weekend rate (i.e. $20/extra per night).

Adventure Pack credits are valid for two years from the purchase date. We recommend booking your CABINSCAPE stay early to secure your preferred dates.

Adventure Packs are non-refundable. Cancelled reservations made with an Adventure Pack will receive a reservation credit based on the cancellation schedule:

• Cancel within 24 hours of booking: 95% credit (this excludes reservations made less than 1 week before check-in, which are ineligible for credits).
  
• More than 14 days before check-in: 80% credit.
  
• 8–14 days before check-in: 50% credit.
  
• 7 days or less before check-in: No credit.

No, gift cards and promo codes cannot be applied to the purchase of Adventure Packs.

Yes, a 2-night minimum stay is required at all cabins. Adventure Packs cannot be used for single-night reservations.

No, reservations made through Adventure Packs do not earn loyalty points, as these stays are already heavily discounted.

No, there are no blackout dates. However, you cannot use the “Mid-week Wanderer” package to book holiday priced weekdays (eg. Long Weekends, March Break, Christmas Vacation, etc)
