Before heading from Toronto to our cabins, make a stop in Unionville. Fun fact: the pilot for Gilmore Girls was filmed here, and many of the town’s spots inspired the show’s beloved Stars Hollow.

Don’t miss The Old Firehall Confectionary, the real-life inspiration for Taylor’s Olde Fashioned Soda Shoppe. For those traveling from Ottawa to our Calabogie cabins, Carleton Place is the perfect pit stop. Its historic downtown has a small-town feel with quaint shops and a delightful cafes. Swing by Foundry Coffee Bar, a cozy café perfect for grabbing a latte and a snack before heading into the wilderness.
